Mrs. Amina Popowich

Amina Popowich is a Senior Manager and is a leader for Deloitte’s Program Integrity offering where she leads our State, Local, and Higher Education market. Amina has specific experience in maturing program integrity operations, leading strategy development, implementing enterprise governance structures, measuring performance and savings, implementing predictive analytics systems and methodologies, and leading organizational change. Amina specializes in working with State agencies to enhance their ability to take a strategic, actionable, and measurable approach to program execution with a focus on program impact and outcomes. She has over seventeen years of experience working with public sector clients in the fields of Government programmatic compliance, risk management, business process improvement, financial and systems training, and acquisition support.
