Andrew Morris

Andrew began his career with the Bureau of Fiscal Service in 2014 and has held a variety of positions in Fiscal Accounting and the Administrative Resource Center. Since January 2025, Andrew has served as Director of the General Ledger and Intragovernmental Transaction Division. From September 2019 through December 2024, he served as the Manager of the Intra-governmental Transaction and Reconciliation Branch within Fiscal Accounting where he helped make progress in remediating the intra-governmental material weakness to the Financial Report of the U.S. Government and helped stand up the Government Invoicing (G-Invoicing) application to be used by all government-wide reporting entities. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Davis and Elkins College. Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons while not at work.
