Andrew Pauline is an Assistant Director in GAO’s Financial Markets and Community Investment team. Andrew manages GAO work addressing small business programs, housing finance, community and economic development programs, affordable housing issues, financial regulation, and improper payments. Andrew has a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Duke University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.
