Angel Wang

Angel Wang is a Partner at Guidehouse in the Defense & Security practice, leading financial transformation growth and delivery across Defense, DHS and DOJ accounts. With almost 20 years of federal financial management and AI transformation experience, Angel brings deep expertise in modernizing defense financial systems and operations. She has held senior advisory roles at Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture Federal, and NAVSEA, with specialization in PPBE, ADVANA, GFEBS, and other mission-critical DoD systems. Angel is a certified federal financial manager (CDFM). She is passionate about enabling federal agencies to leverage artificial intelligence and emerging technologies for financial management modernization and organizational transformation. Her recent work includes advising OCFOs on AI adoption strategies and leading federal sector thought leadership initiatives.
