Ms. Ayanna Rice

Ayanna Rice is the TBM Program Manager at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). Ms. Rice joined the NRC in 2005 as an IT Product Manager. She’s held several progressively responsible positions in the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulations and Office of the CIO in the areas of Program & Project Management, Business Analysis and Organizational Change Management. Ayanna currently works in the Architecture, Portfolio, and Investments Branch where her focus is on the TBM implementation, and CPIC governance. Ayanna is PMP certified and Change Management certified through Prosci. She has a bachelor’s degree from Howard University and graduate degree from the University of Maryland in the areas of Business and Information Technology.
