Bena Kluegel CGFM

Bena Kluegel leads the Financial Management Quality Management Service Office (FM QSMO) within the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Bureau of the Fiscal Service. Her team is responsible for managing a marketplace of solutions and services for Federal agencies, advancing business standards, and partnering with agencies to support customer-focused initiatives. Prior to this role, Bena managed accounting operations for Fiscal Service’s delinquent debt management program, and previously served with the Department of Energy’s Bonneville Power Administration. Bena is a CGFM and holds a degree in Economics. She lives in northern Virginia with her family.
