Beth McKinley

Beth McKinley is PPPL’s Change Management Lead for the Oracle Cloud project. Prior to joining the Lab, Beth had more than 15 years of experience leading change management efforts for technology implementations in higher education and financial services. She developed and is currently executing on a comprehensive change management strategy including communications, training, employee engagement, and support readiness for PPPL’s business system transition to Oracle Cloud. In her role at Yale University, she served as the organizational change management lead for the Workday business system, including a time tracking and attendance management project as well as finance and human resource system enhancements
