Bill English

Bill English is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO) for the General Services Administration Office of Inspector General (GSA OIG). Additionally, he chairs the Council of Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency (CIGIE) CIO Subcommittee for all 75 Office of Inspector General CIOs. Bill earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Hampden-Sydney College and has recently completed the AI for Decision Making: Business Strategies and Applications Certificate Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
