Brenda Rodriguez is the Chief of the Financial Solutions Branch at the Administrative Office of the US Courts where she leads the development of innovative transformation efforts to meet the needs of the Financial Management Office and the Judiciary, as a whole. Through more than 31 years of federal financial management experience, across four federal agencies, Brenda has developed expertise in federal budgetary and accounting policy, systems and controls. She has a unique talent for implementing new requirements and resolving audit findings and exceptions by identifying ways to reduce the critical path that grew from her love of studying queuing theory. Brenda has held various volunteer financial positions including the Treasurer of her Homeowners Association since 2015 and the Treasurer of the Board of Directors at the Interior Federal Credit Union since 2008. Brenda is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from George Mason University. She spends her free time caring for the turtle, cat and 2 dogs her children left behind.
