Brett Green CGFM

Brett Green is the United States Disbursing Officer (USDO) with responsibility for 140 bank accounts in 127 countries, annually processing over $10 billion in payments and $1.1 billion in collections, for the Department of State. Previously, he was Director of Overseas Accounting and the Business Owner for the Department’s overseas financial system. His career also includes positions with a variety of private sector firms in retail and software, working as a trainer, analyst, accountant, and consultant. Mr. Green received a B.S. from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
