Business Development Director, JP Morgan

Brian Lewald is a Relationship Manager on J.P. Morgan’s Public Sector Payments Team and is the primary contact for a number of civilian Federal Agencies for J.P. Morgan. In this role, he advises Federal Government clients on treasury-related best practices and solutions, both commercially-available and tailored. He brings over 20 years of banking experience, most recently covering Mid Corporate Aerospace, Defense and Government Services clients as a Relationship Manager. He has originated hundreds of millions of dollars of new syndicated and bi-lateral lending business as well as implemented dozens of complex full-global treasury and deposit account structures, including automated solutions including host-to-host and direct reporting. Brian is also a previous Board Member and Loan & Asset Committee Chair for the Washington Area Community Investment Fund (WACIF), a Certified Development Financial Institution (CDFI) which crates equity and opportunity in underserved communities. Brian holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s in Business Administration from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
