Brian Webb CGFM

Brian serves as the Division Director of the Policy, Training, and Accountability Division within the Office of the Chief Financial Officer’s Office of the Controller. As Division Director, Brian oversees the agency’s financial policy development and program integrity operations. Over his 19-year career, all within the Office of the Controller, Brian has specialized in financial system configuration, implementation and functional improvements, major OMB/Treasury program implementations like DATA Act and G-Invoicing, business process re-engineering for accounting functions, system accounting and analytics for financial data, and most germane to this topic, the agency’s Unliquidated Obligations reviews.
