Bryan Musselman

Bryan Musselman is the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the IRS, supporting the CFO in providing executive leadership for an organization of approximately 600 employees. Bryan previously served as the Associate CFO for Corporate Budget and has managed various financial plans across the IRS, including IT, Appeals, Tax Exempt/Government Entities, and the Chief Operating Officer. He started his career as an economist in the IRS Research Division in 1984. Bryan has a master's degree in economics from the University of Illinois, and a bachelor's degree in economics from Wheaton College (IL).
