Dr. Carl Bryant

Dr. Bryant has worked with hundreds of organizations and thousands of leaders as they grappled with issues related to their individual development, strategic planning, talent management, succession planning and knowledge management. Additionally, he has presented internationally on the topic of the characteristics of successful leaders. Dr. Bryant is a former Air Force Officer who served as a Tenured, Associate Professor at the U.S. Air Force Academy. During his tenure at the Academy, Dr. Bryant co-authored a leadership development approach that has been used by over 100,000 leaders throughout the United States. In addition to these skills, he has published in the area of developing diverse talent pools, successful leadership development and development of higher level learning. Prior to joining the VA, he served as a Senior Partner, at Korn Ferry International, where he consulted with Fortune 100 companies and senior leaders across the Federal Sector. Prior to that role, Dr. Bryant served as the Vice President for Knowledge Management and Applied Technology at the Center for Creative Leadership. Additionally, he became a Professor of Managerial Development and Executive Director for Research and Information at the Defense Systems Management College after leaving the Air Force Academy.
