Ms. Carmelita Caranog
Office of the Massachusetts State Auditor, Senior II Auditor
Carmelita Caranog, is currently a Senior II Auditor at the Office of the Ma State Auditor. She has been with the OSA for 2 years. Her role as Senior Auditor includes leading audit related activities, managing others and working as a team member on audit assignments.
Prior to joining OSA, she had a short internal auditing experience with BNY Mellon. She also worked as an external auditor in public accounting firms including BDO in Manila and Arthur Morris in Bermuda. She participated in the AGA mentoring program as a mentee and in the OSA mentoring program both as a mentee and a mentor.
Carmelita holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Adamson University in Manila, Philippines, where she obtained her CPA license. She is currently working on obtaining her US certifications.
