Carmelita Chadwick-Gallo

Carmelita Chadwick-Gallo is the newly selected Comptroller for ARPA-H. Prior to joining ARPA-H, Carmelita served as the Director, Research Triangle Park Finance Center, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). As the Finance Center Director, she was responsible for over $1 billion in contract and purchase order payments and $4 billion in grant payments, annually. Prior to joining the EPA, Carmelita served as the Special Assistant to the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (ASAF), Financial Management and Comptroller. Carmelita is an Air Force veteran and has served in a variety of Finance and Accounting positions in federal service, academia and industry.
