Ms. Carol Johnson

Carol Johnson has been a policy analyst in OMB’s Office of Federal Financial Management (OFFM) since the fall of 2016. Prior to joining OFFM, Carol worked for approximately 19 years on the Budget side of OMB, as a budget examiner in several Resource Management Offices and as a policy analyst in OMB’s Budget Review Division. Besides OMB experience, Carol has experience in the D.C. office of a national law firm. Her educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in economics, mathematics, and Spanish; a master’s degree in public affairs; and a law degree.
