Ms. Cassandra Madden PMP

Ms. Madden is the Innovation Program Lead for the U.S. Department of the Navy’s Financial Management Systems organization responsible for identifying emerging solutions and advancing automation across the DON. Prior to joining the Department of the Navy, Ms. Madden worked for the U.S. Department of the Treasury for 10 years. There she was responsible for carrying out government-wide initiatives across the federal financial management community, including researching and testing the use of emerging technology like Blockchain and Robotic Process Automation, to improve back-office operations and educate the community.
