Cassie Miller is a senior Budget Analyst with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), currently serving in the Office of Revolving Funds. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and brings over 20 years of federal government experience with a strong background in budgeting, accounting, and operational process improvement. At the VA, she oversees the fiscal management of more than 2,000 interagency agreements annually, supporting a budget of over $3 billion. Her work spans the full financial lifecycle –budget formulation, execution, accounting and reporting – with a focus on driving efficiency, accuracy, and transparency. Cassie is a passionate about strengthening federal financial management and advancing innovative, accountable practices across government operations.
