Cathy Menefee has over ten years of experience in finance, holding certifications as a Certified Public Accountant as well as a Certified Government Financial Manager. Ms. Menefee has worked in several departments for the State of Oklahoma. Since 2019, Ms. Menefee has held the position of CFO for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. In this role, she has been praised for her leadership and fiscal responsibility by promoting efficiency, transparency, and accountability.
