Sales Director, ServiceNow

Chris joined ServiceNow in January 2024, joining as Sales Director – U.S. Federal for Customer and Industry Workflows. Chris brings with him a strong track record as a sales leader from his tenures at Celonis, Salesforce and IBM. Chris joined Celonis in February 2022 to establish their Public Sector business unit, supporting all U.S. Federal and Aerospace & Defense clients. Chris joined Salesforce in April 2017, supporting all U.S. Navy clients. Chris led a team focused on assisting the U.S. Navy’s transformation in the areas of recruiting & admissions, talent management, HR self-service, and application modernization. In February 2020, Chris was promoted to Regional Vice President, with leadership of the Salesforce team that supports the Navy and Marine Corps’ efforts to move to cloud-based technologies, agile methodologies, and rapid application development. Prior to Salesforce, Chris spent 5 years at IBM supporting the Department of Navy, serving in roles as a Client Director and Software Client Leader, responsible for business strategy and execution across the Navy and Marine Corps. Prior to joining IBM, Chris spent over eight years as a Surface Warfare Officer (SWO) in the United States Navy and United States Navy Reserves. He served aboard USS BOONE (FFG 28) in Mayport, FL, and later as U.S. Defense Attaché’s Office/Commander Task Force 53 Port Liaison Element’s Officer-in-Charge in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Chris is a 2004 graduate of the United States Naval Academy, a native Floridian, has an MBA from the University of Florida’s Hough Graduate School of Business and a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College. He and his wife Ariel live in Gainesville, FL with their three children, Christopher Jr. (11), Nathaniel (10) and Adeline (4). When not chasing his children, Chris enjoys the outdoors, staying active, and watching Navy and Florida football every Saturday in the fall.
