G-Invoicing Implementation Lead, United States Marine Corps

Chris Messineo graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1997. Receiving a commission in the United States Marine Corps he completed formal training as a Ground Supply Officer and filled various supply/logistics billets throughout all echelons of command. Retiring in November 2017, he assumed a position as a contracted logistics analyst with Deputy Commandant, Installation and Logistics, Internal Controls and Audit Readiness Team and transitioned to his current position as the G-Invoicing Implementation Lead with Deputy Commandant, Program and Resources, Accounting and Financial Systems Branch in July 2020. Education highlights include a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Master’s in Business Administration.
