Christy Hermansen has been the Design Lead for the Integrated Award Environment (IAE) in GSA’s Federal Acquisition Service since 2016. Christy has also worked for more than 20 years in industry, supporting various clients from federal agencies to Fortune 500 companies. Before joining GSA, she served as a federal government contractor supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency. She has held roles as diverse as a software architect, business developer, product designer, and user analyst. Throughout her career, she has worked primarily on enterprise software integrations and specializes in bringing systems, ideas, and people together
