Cornelia Chebinou has been the Director of the Washington office of the National Association of Auditors, Comptrollers and Treasurers (NASACT) since August of 1999. NASACT is a national organization that represents the states’ views on a variety of financial management topics and is involved in research designed to provide the information necessary for improved financial management at the state level NASACT provides technical assistance and training internationally in accountability, transparency and internal controls in governmental financial management.
