Dana Bolton
Managing Director, Head of Receivables Technology & Public Sector Solutions, J.P. Morgan
Dana Bolton is an accomplished technology-driven business executive, currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Receivables & Public Sector Solutions Technology at J.P. Morgan. In his role, he leads a vast, diverse, and global organization supporting ~8000 corporate, commercial, and public sector clients in all aspects of technology. He also serves as the CIB Technology Chicago Market Lead and Digital & Platform Services Chicago Site Lead. Dana is an integral member of the Chicago Executive Committee driving leadership across the firm for the greater Chicagoland area.
Dana's journey at J.P. Morgan began in September 2020 when he joined as a Managing Director and Branch Workplace Technology Product Owner. In this pivotal role, he was responsible for the technological strategy and operations of ~5000 Chase retail branches across the United States. Prior to his tenure at J.P. Morgan, Dana held the position of Chief Technology Officer at a growth-oriented technology company. There, he oversaw all facets of the firm's technology. Dana's journey in the corporate world began with leadership roles at esteemed organizations like Exelon, Bank of America, Lucent Technologies, and Andersen Consulting.
Dana received a full academic and athletic scholarship at Chicago State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. He went on to earn his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategy, Finance, and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Outside of his professional commitments, Dana calls the city of Chicago home, residing on its south side. He finds relaxation and inspiration through his interests in sports, regular exercise, and cherishing quality time with his wife and three daughters.
