Daniel Ballard

Daniel Ballard is the Deputy Chief Financial Officer for the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Daniel has a broad range of experience in financial and operational issues at the federal level. Previously, Daniel served as the Deputy Assistant CFO for Budget at HUD, where he helped manage the agency’s appropriations. Prior to HUD, Daniel held several positions at the Department of the Treasury, including serving as a Congressional Liaison for the Internal Revenue Service and Deputy Director for the Office of Financial Management at Departmental Offices.
