David Glover

Mr. David Gover is the Director, IT Assessment Analysis and Assignment (IT-AAA) located in Columbus, Ohio. He is responsible for providing emerging technologies, evaluating customer experiences, agile deployment, and managing 77 system portfolios from certification up to capital funding across the agency. In addition, he manages major programs such as Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, and Unauthorized IT. Prior to assuming his role as IT-AAA Director, Mr. Glover served as the Director, Columbus Accounting and Finance Systems organization. Responsible for 200+ professional system accountants and analysis managing daily system operations of 30+ critical accounting, pay, and finance systems. Other key leadership positions include Director, Columbus Accounts Receivables, Division Manager Air Force Trial Balances and Accounts Payable. Mr. Glover has demonstrated his leadership abilities with the successful Base Realignment and Closure(BRAC) initiative moving operational capability from Dayton, St. Louis, and finally, the Air Force functional systems support from Denver. Mr. Glover is a Park University of Missouri graduate and has a Master's Degree from Central Michigan University. He has completed executive leadership programs at the Johns Hopkins University, Harvard Kennedy School of Government and Office of Personnel Management. Mr. Glover has earned level 3 certification in the DoD Financial Management Certification Program and is a certified Lean6 Green Belt. He is an active member of the Association of Government Accountants.
