David Santiago

David has 20 years of experience serving the public sector, most recently as Adobe's Head of Public Sector for the Adobe Document Cloud, where he led Go-To-Market and strategy motions for the industry. Prior to his experience at Adobe, David spent over 15 years as a government technology leader and program executive, serving as a member of the Federal Senior Executive Service at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and helping to drive digital transformation across the government financial management space.
