As a Division Director for the Department of Treasury, Bureau of Fiscal Service’s Office of the Chief Financial Officer, David plays a leading role managing Fiscal Service’s fiscal agent relationship with the Federal Reserve Banks (FRB), which currently includes 32 different programs across 6 portfolios. David has 19 years of Federal Service, with experience ranging from program and project management, relationship management, strategic planning, technology consulting, and business/program monitoring. He is committed to using his experience and background of Fiscal Service’s fiscal agent relationship to ensure operations and modernization activities are efficient, effective, secure, and meet the needs of the American public. David received a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from West Liberty University.
