Ms. Dessamine Vince Cruz

Dess graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2015, and has established a career managing non-profit programs. She currently serves as the Programs Coordinator at the AGA National Office, where she promotes careers in public service to young professionals and students, strengthens government accountability and transparency through AGA’s CCR program, and is the voice behind AGA Webinars. Prior to joining AGA, Dess spent four years managing federal contracts at the Armed Services YMCA National Headquarters. As a former Olympic taekwondo athlete, Dess spends most of her free time coaching a sport taekwondo team with her husband.
