Eileen McAnneny is the President of the Massachusetts Taxpayers Foundation (MTF), which is recognized as the state's premier public policy organization dealing with state spending, tax and economic policies. Prior to joining MTF, McAnneny was the CEO of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.
