Associate Chief Information Officer, GSA

Liz DelNegro is the Associate Chief Information Officer (ACIO) of Corporate IT Services in the General Services Administration’s Office of GSA IT where she provides IT services for all GSA’s Enterprise Systems and the Office of Governmentwide Policy. Her portfolio is wide reaching covering HR, Finance and Policy systems and also includes Enterprise platforms such as Google Workspace, SalesForce and Robotics Process Automation (RPA). Prior to her current role, Liz was the ACIO for Acquisition IT Services where she supported a diverse portfolio of Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) business line systems that managed $50 Billion dollars of transactions annually. Over the course of her 30 year career with the Federal Government, Liz has managed all aspects of an IT organization and led the effort to modernize and further develop many of GSA’s mission critical IT applications. Liz received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, New York in 1987 and she earned a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland University College in 1998. She currently resides in Ashburn, VA with her husband and two children.
