Eric Gregory

Eric is an experienced instructor on leadership, followership, and employee development. He utilizes adult learning theory that fosters engagement and effective learning conversations.
With DHS OIG since April 2016, he delivers leadership and followership training as well as profile tools. (MBTI, Emergenetics, and StrengthsFinder.)
Eric facilitates offsite events and creates on demand training. He is the DHS OIG Mentor Program manager. He has a Master’s in Business and graduate courses in Adult Education. He is a speaker, mentor, and occasional coach.
When not instructing, Eric enjoys music, hiking, and table tennis.
