Eric Gregory
Training Instructor, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Inspector General
Eric is an experienced instructor on a variety of employee development topics. He utilizes adult learning theory to foster learner engagement and effective learning conversations.
With DHS OIG since April 2016, he delivers leadership and followership training as well as profile tools. (MBTI, Emergenetics, and StrengthsFinder.)
Eric also facilitates offsite events and creates and delivers on demand training. He is the DHS OIG Mentor Program manager. He has a Master’s in Business and graduate coursework in facilitating adult education. He is a speaker, mentor, and occasional coach.
Outside of the classroom, Eric enjoys music, hiking, and table tennis.
