Erica Gaddy
Assistant Commissioner - Fiscal Accounting, The Department of Treasury, Bureau of Fiscal Service
Erica Gaddy serves as the Assistant Commissioner for Fiscal Accounting, where she oversees the Bureau’s central accounting program and is responsible for governmentwide accounting and reporting activities that support the management of the nation’s outstanding public debt.
She previously served as the Bureau’s Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer, where she led policies and programs in budgeting, financial reporting, risk management, and internal controls.
Before joining the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, she served as the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Deputy Chief Financial Officer. She received her appointment to the Senior Executive Service in 2021.
Ms. Gaddy held several progressively responsible positions with the Department of the Navy. She focused on leading and guiding the execution of financial statement audit readiness and remediation activities and the OMB Circular A-123 program.
Erica holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Law and Business, and is a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute’s Leadership for a Democratic Society program.
