Erica Gaddy

Erica Gaddy serves as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer at the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Bureau of the Fiscal Service. In this capacity she exercises bureau-wide responsibility for the development, administration and oversight of policies and programs for the budget, accounting and financial reporting, risk management, audit, and internal control functional areas. Before joining the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, she served as the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Deputy Chief Financial Officer. She received her appointment to the Senior Executive Service in 2021. Ms. Gaddy held several progressively responsible positions with the Department of the Navy. She focused on leading and guiding the execution of financial statement audit readiness and remediation activities and the OMB Circular A-123 program while serving as an advisor to Senior Leadership on financial management issues. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Law & Business. She is a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute – Leadership for a Democratic Society program.
