Eugene Gray is the Associate Director of Oversight and Accountability for the Pandemic Response Accountability Committee (PRAC), providing executive leadership and direction of a multidisciplinary team of auditors, analysts, and subject matter experts. Eugene is responsible for ensuring the production of high-quality and timely products and reports that support the U.S. government’s oversight of more than $5 trillion in pandemic funding.
Prior to joining the PRAC, Eugene spent 11 years at the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR), serving in a variety of roles including Deputy Assistant Inspector General for Audits and Evaluations. Eugene also served seven years at the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) providing oversight, accountability, and transparency of U.S. programs and funding.
