Felice Fava

Felice is a Director in Guidehouse’s Defense and Security Segment, where he leads Budget, Cost, and Performance Management solutions as well as multiple engagements within the Homeland Security and Law Enforcement practice. He has over 18 years of experience in business and financial transformation, including integrating business operations and analysis to provide enterprise-wide strategy, portfolio management, forecasting, and program accountability. Felice has overseen multiple cross-functional teams to produce solutions that deliver data-driven decision-making critically important to the justification and optimization of resource and funding needs to achieve mission priorities. Felice has a Bachelor’s degree from Duquesne University, and Master’s degree in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University. He is a member of the American Association for Budget and Program Analysis (AABPA) as well as the National Association for Business Economics (NABE).
