Frank Conroy

Acting Chief, USMS Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR)

•Frank Conroy is the Acting Chief of Compliance for the Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) of the U.S. Marshals Service. In this role, he oversees all of the testing of internal controls and processes throughout the agency, the Self-Assessment Guide (SAG), Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and Quality Assurance Inspections (QAIs) as well as the A-123 Program. He is also responsible for the establishment and adequacy of operational controls, collaborating with Division Executive Leadership to determine whether the USMS policies are achievable and measurable. He has been a criminal investigator with the USMS for over 19 years overseeing hundreds of Deputy U.S. Marshals, Task Force Officers, and administrative personnel conducting thousands of fugitive investigations. He holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University and a M.S. in International Relations with a focus in National Security Policy from Troy University.
