Gabrielle Fagan

Gabrielle (Gabbi) Fagan is an Assistant Director in the Forensic Audits and Investigative Service team at the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) where she has spent more than 20 years reviewing fraud and other program integrity issues across the federal government. Gabbi’s current portfolio includes overseeing audits focused on fraud in pandemic and disaster relief programs, and agencies’ anti-fraud efforts. She has also led numerous audits assessing agencies’ implementation of GAO’s Framework for Managing Fraud Risks in Federal Programs. Before joining GAO, Gabbi worked in public accounting. She holds in B.S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware.
