Gianluca Cairo

Gianluca is Vice President of Public Sector Operations and Strategy at Dayforce, leading global Go-to-Market strategy for the Public Sector. He brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience across operations, strategic planning, and public affairs in both public and private sectors. Previously, he served as Chief of Staff with the Federal Government overseeing public services, procurement, and IT modernization. Prior to that, he was Group Lead of Global Operations at ARGUS Software, driving international growth and operational excellence.
