Heather Matheson has her Master’s degree in Finance, her Bachelor’s in accounting. Has been with USDA for the past 11 years in the Office of Chief Financial Officer Internal Control Division. She has worked her way from Staff Accountant, to System Accountant, and now is the Branch Chief of Internal Controls Team.
