Heather Morgan
Director of Travel Management, Internal Revenue Service
Heather Morgan is the Director of Travel Management at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), reporting to the CFO’s Corporate Accounting office. With over 18 years of experience in government travel, Heather has led compliance audits, incorporated federal regulations into internal policy, and provided end-user system support. Previously, she worked for Northrop Grumman, implementing E-Gov Travel Services (ETS) to the federal travel community. In her current role, Heather prioritizes creating innovative efficiencies for legacy programs that have positively impacted the agency travel community. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from George Mason University and is a member of AGA’s Northern Virginia Chapter.
