Ms. Holly Donnelly

Holly was born in New Hampshire and grew up on a farm in Pennsylvania. She and Bob Donnelly married in 1999 and they have two children, Helena, an engineering student at Cornell, and Robby, a junior at Bethesda Chevy Chase high school and rower. Holly and Bob will move to Moorings full time after their son graduates. Holly is a year round open water swimmer, and you might have seen her swimming by the beach. She leads compliance data analytics at the IRS, including virtual robotics and artificial intelligence applications. Holly has 23 years of public service in analytics and budget functions. She is a member of the Senior Executive Service since 2012 and has held leadership positions at the General Services Administration and the Department of Labor. She graduated from Bryn Mawr College and earned a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
