Holly Mehringer

Holly C. Mehringer is the Assistant Administrator and Chief Financial Officer for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), where she leads the agency’s financial management, budget, and revenue functions supporting TSA’s nationwide transportation security mission. With more than two decades of federal financial management experience spanning DHS and the U.S. Air Force, she has held senior leadership positions overseeing multi-billion-dollar budgets and enterprise-wide resource planning. Prior to becoming TSA CFO in 2023, she served as TSA’s Deputy CFO and as Budget Director for DHS. Ms. Mehringer holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wittenberg University, a Master’s in Applied Mathematics from the University of Charleston, and a Master’s in National Resource Strategy from the National Defense University.
