Ivana Henry

Ms. Ivana Henry began serving as a Management and Program Analyst for the Outreach and Stakeholder Engagement (OSE) Division within the Integrated Award Environment (IAE), which is part of the Technology Transformation Services (TTS) under the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) at the General Services Administration (GSA) in September, 2022. Ms. Henry is currently responsible for supporting SAM.gov outreach and training activities, with a focus on improving the overall stakeholder experience. Ms. Henry has over 30 years’ experience in strategic business planning and analysis, leading complex continuous process improvement projects, customer relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement, having served in several project and program leadership capacities for the GSA Federal Acquisition Service. At GSA, she has served as the Business Development Director for the Integrated Workplace Acquisition Center; supported the FAS Regional Commissioner in the areas of process improvement, business intelligence, and strategic planning during her time in the FAS Office of Strategic Solutions; and managed multiple technology and customer relationship management projects within the GSA FAS Mid-Atlantic Region in her prior Information Technology Specialist and Customer Relationship Management Specialist positions. Ms. Henry’s education includes a Bachelor of Science in Information and Operations Management from LaSalle University, in Philadelphia. She has a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification and is also a 2021 Graduate of the Partnership for Public Service, Excellence in Government Fellows Leadership Program.
