Mr. J. Christopher Mihm

Chris Mihm is an Adjunct Professor of Public Administration at the Maxwell School at Syracuse University where he teaches graduate courses on Public Administration and Democracy and Performance Management He is the former Managing Director for Strategic Issues at the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) where led GAO’s work on governance, strategy, and performance issues. Chris is the Deputy Chair of the Governance, Audit and Compliance Committee of the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) and the Chair of the World Health Organization’s Independent Expert Oversight Advisory Committee. Chris is a fellow and former Board Chair of the U. S. National Academy of Public Administration.
