James R. Dalkin is a Director in GAO's Financial Management and Assurance Team. He directs GAO’s work on government auditing and internal control standards (Yellow and Green Books). He served as chair of the IAASB Consultative Advisory Group and on AICPA’s Auditing Standards Board.
