James Fountain

James is a Sr. Director, ESG Solutions in the Firm’s ESG Strategy and Services team, with more than 20 years of internal and client-facing experience in Sustainability, ESG, and Strategy consulting, 13 while with Big Four public accounting firms. James has worked extensively for public and privately held clients spanning multiple sectors and industries including Public, Non-Profit, Financial Services, and Information Technology, where he guided enterprise-level transformation in Environment, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) strategy, planning, and reporting on their approach to their social and environmental responsibility. In addition to tenure with the World’s Largest Intergovernmental Organization, James has evidenced his passion for Environmental Justice, Sustainability, and Social Equality with active community leadership throughout his career, where he has chaired, led, and volunteered for numerous non-profits spanning multiple geographies.
