James Gregory

James Gregory is the Robotic Process Automation Program Director at GSA. Mr. Gregory has over 30+ years of IT experience in city, county and federal government. In addition, he had significant roles in a number of commercial companies in the private sector. Mr. Gregory leads a highly motivated and productive RPA development team that produces application level automations, while at the same time managing a considerable automation inventory. The RPA Program has developed automations for almost every organization in GSA. He is focused on integrating RPA into GSA’s DNA, which will empower the entire GSA workforce to look for and pursue opportunities for efficiencies. Additionally, Mr. Gregory is committed to developing, and maintaining a foundation of partnership, collaboration, transparency, flexibility, efficiency, effectiveness and productivity with the Federal RPA Community.
