Mr. Jim Hardin currently serves as the lead of the Distributed Workforce initiative for the Human Capital Strategy Task Force. He leads teams and initiatives designed to harness the power of data, automate and digitize human resource transactions, and bring 21st Century solutions to bear across a technology-augmented workforce.
Prior to his current assignment, Mr. Hardin served as HR Director for NSWC Crane.
Before his career in civil service, Mr. Hardin enlisted in the Navy in 1982 as an Avionics Technician and retired with 27 years of active/reserve service
